Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phcssh" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming service accessible at phcssh.cam, including all games, features, tools, and content offered therein, operated under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Player" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on phcssh and meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a Player on phcssh, through which the Player accesses games and manages their balance.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PHP-denominated credit balance held within a Player's phcssh account, funded by deposits and winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game or event offered on the phcssh platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's account by phcssh under specific terms, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all phcssh account holders in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary account restriction initiated by a Player to limit or cease access to the phcssh platform for a defined or indefinite period.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phcssh, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the phcssh platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms are supplemented by phcssh's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you access phcssh from within the Philippines, you represent that you do so in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Online Gaming Act) and PAGCOR regulatory issuances.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with phcssh. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Identity Verification. phcssh reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when required by PAGCOR compliance protocols. Accepted forms of identification include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the SSS ID, PhilHealth card, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, and Philippine National ID (PhilSys).

3.3 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a phcssh account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from phcssh or any PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• Persons who are employees, directors, officers, or contractors of phcssh or its affiliated entities;
• Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Persons who have previously had a phcssh account terminated for breach of these Terms.

3.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. phcssh accounts must be registered in your own legal name. The use of pseudonyms, aliases, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

3.5 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phcssh account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, recover from a suspension, or for any other purpose — is prohibited. phcssh reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts associated with a single Player and to void all related wagers and bonuses.

Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcssh login credentials, including your password and one-time password (OTP). You must not share your credentials with any third party. phcssh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

4.2 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your phcssh account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phcssh immediately by contacting customer support at [email protected]. phcssh reserves the right to temporarily lock an account pending investigation of suspicious activity.

4.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phcssh will notify the account holder via their registered email or mobile number prior to any administrative action on inactive accounts.

4.4 KYC Compliance. All Players are required to complete phcssh's KYC verification process before withdrawing amounts exceeding ₱5,000 per transaction or such thresholds as phcssh or PAGCOR may prescribe from time to time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a phcssh request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phcssh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the phcssh account portal and may be adjusted in accordance with account verification status and applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phcssh wallet within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. Delays may occasionally occur due to third-party payment processor issues, network conditions, or scheduled maintenance. phcssh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the Player's registered GCash or Maya account within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to KYC verification status and phcssh's internal review processes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically settle within 15 to 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours. phcssh reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review purposes.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance. phcssh complies with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method in the Player's own name. phcssh may request documentation evidencing the source of funds for large transactions and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5.6 No Withdrawal Fees. phcssh does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phcssh's control.

Wagering Rules

6.1 Real Money Play. All games on phcssh involve real-money wagering using funds drawn from your verified phcssh wallet balance. Wagers are final once confirmed by the phcssh system. phcssh does not allow cancellation of confirmed wagers.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the phcssh platform is governed by its own specific rules, published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or software error, phcssh reserves the right to void all affected wagers and refund the corresponding stake amounts to the affected Players' phcssh wallets. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. phcssh's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a Player's session is interrupted due to network disconnection during a live game round, phcssh's system will record the game state at the time of disconnection. The outcome of the interrupted round will be resolved according to the game's outcome as recorded on phcssh's servers, which shall be the definitive record.

6.5 Prohibited Strategies. The use of automated wagering software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to generate advantage play inconsistent with normal player behaviour is strictly prohibited. phcssh reserves the right to investigate, suspend, and terminate accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited strategy use.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phcssh are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's phcssh account must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7.3 Eligibility. phcssh reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, game types, or deposit methods. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to verified, non-excluded players in good standing. Players who have opened duplicate accounts or who are in breach of these Terms are ineligible for all phcssh promotions.

7.4 Abuse. phcssh reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus amounts — and to void associated winnings — where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering patterns, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or the exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal. phcssh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus credits already accepted by a Player in good faith shall be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcssh platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point in the account lifecycle, including KYC submissions.
• Money Laundering: Using the phcssh platform to launder money, conceal the proceeds of crime, or finance terrorism, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 as amended and all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
• Unauthorized System Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phcssh's systems, servers, databases, or other Players' accounts, including through hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, including poker, bingo, and other real-player-versus-player formats.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with GCash, Maya, or any banking institution for deposits credited to a phcssh account. phcssh will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery through available legal channels.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software not provided or approved by phcssh to play games or place wagers.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your phcssh account.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the phcssh platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game graphics, animations, audio, branding, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface design — is the property of phcssh or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcssh platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phcssh content without prior written authorization from phcssh.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcssh and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phcssh platform.

10.2 phcssh's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the PHP balance held in that Player's phcssh account at the time the claim arose.

10.3 phcssh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phcssh will use reasonable efforts to minimize platform downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes phcssh's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by phcssh is governed by the phcssh Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how phcssh handles data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

By creating a phcssh account, you consent to phcssh processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where opted into), and compliance reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government agencies.

Responsible Gaming

phcssh is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory standards and its own corporate responsible gaming policy. phcssh provides the following responsible gaming tools to all verified account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set and adjusted by the Player in account settings.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month that halt game access once reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Players of elapsed session time.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary self-imposed breaks from gaming ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary full account exclusion for a minimum of six (6) months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

phcssh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phcssh will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the phcssh platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using phcssh and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14. phcssh will not retroactively apply amended Terms to transactions completed prior to the amendment effective date.

Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting phcssh support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's registered GCash or bank account, subject to KYC completion and outstanding wagering requirement checks.

14.2 Involuntary Termination. phcssh reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; provision of false registration information; or direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.

14.3 Balance on Termination for Breach. Where a phcssh account is terminated due to a Player's breach of these Terms, phcssh reserves the right to forfeit the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulatory guidelines. Forfeiture decisions may be appealed by contacting phcssh's compliance team at [email protected] within 30 days of notification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute between a Player and phcssh that cannot be resolved through phcssh's internal customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Players who are unsatisfied with the outcome of an internal dispute may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. phcssh will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
